EL-RUFA’I WINS GOVERNORS’ PERFORMANCE AWARD

Kaduna State Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufa’i has

won the monthly CIAPS Governors Performance

Index (CGPI) award while his counterparts in

Kano and Sokoto States, Dr. Abdullahi Umar

Ganduje and Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, occupied

the second position.

The CGPI is a monthly performance review of

governors performance across the countr!y,

conducted by the Lagos based Centre for

International Advanced and Professional Studies

(CIAPS).

CGPI coordinator, Mr Olumuyiwa Ayoola, said

yesterday that the variables used as indexes for

performance were mathematically calculated and

this month’s variables included “Readiness for

Office, Innovation in Office, Ability to be in tune

with mood of the nation and Security and

Leadership by example”
