When Late President Umaru Musa Yar Adua was on the throne, he intended handing over Power to General Muhammadu Buhari following the litigations against his election. However, a Cabal made up of some of the President's close key lieutenants aborted the plan, taking good advantage of his ill position. This led to the dramatic Judgement that gave Yar Adua Victory at the Supreme Court headed by Kutugi then. At the time Yar Adua became critically ill, the Cabal also took advantage of that situation, ran the affairs of the Country, keeping the general Public out of context, including the Vice President then Mr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. When Late Yar Adua died, Jonathan was sworn in as the Nation's President without clear demarcation of whether he  can rule the country  twice after he completed Late Yar Adua's tenure or not. The Judiciary and both the Lower and Upper Chambers of the National Assembly kept mute without giving clear interpretation to avoid the current  impasse of Mr President trying to contest yet another presidential election to be sworn three times violating the Nation's Constitutional provisions in the even he is elected again, with some people supporting and others opposing. This culminated to a raw between and among Governors, leading to deep divisions among them. It is this problem and that of the alleged election irregularities, injustice mated to Common man, violation of Human Rights, Corruption, Indiscipline, Selfish interests and the mischiefs being caused by some Unscrupulous individuals that led to the series of unrest and political violence across the Country, creating wide gab in the Nation's security networks, leading to the lost of lives and Property worth billions of Dollars.
