Nigerian president

“There are no go areas” for as long as the Corporation remains a public establishment. I give weekly briefing to Mr. President because the Nigerian public has a right to know,” he said, adding that the first monthly publication of the Corporation since he took over will be out next week, and ‘’a whole lot of things will be revealed in it.’’

The Minister for Petroleum in the period under investigation; Deziani Alison-Madueke traveled out of Nigeria in a plane conveying President Buhari to London after it was reported that Buhari snubbed her attempts to speak to him during the journey.

She has since failed to return to Nigeria, claiming she is medically unfit to return but reports have rubbished those talks and have actually revealed she spends time in a luxury hotel and occasionally sends emissaries to President Buhari

However, if she is found guilty of these accusations and charges after the investigations or audits, the Nigerian government can apply for her extradition back to Nigeria so she can face the law

Extradition laws allows a country to arrest an accused person in another country once the crime they are being accused of is also a crime in their countries of residence
