Saturday confirmed attack by suspected oil
Bunkers on its location at Nembe Jetty, near
Ogolomadiri Community in Bayelsa State, South
South Nigeria.
It has therefore informed the public that the
development is currently being investigated while
the Joint Task Force (JTF) has moved into action
to apprehend the perpetrators of the “unpatriotic
and callous attacks”.
Defence post advised members of the public to
ignore any other information contrary to the one
given by it on the matter.
DHQ reiterated its commitment in ensuring the
protection of lives and properties of innocent
citizens nationwide.
