Nigeria's Department of State Security

Nigeria's Department of State Security a.ka. “SSS” has arrested and detained Gordon Obuah, the Chief Security Officer (CSO) to former President Goodluck Jonathan. A source at the SSS claimed that Mr. Obuah’s detention was as a result of an investigation that implicated him in aiding oil bunkering.
Family sources told Saharareporters that Mr. Gordon Obuah was detained since Thursday 4 days after he was asked to report daily to the headquarters of SSS.
A representative of Mr. Obua’s family told SaharaReporters that since his detention, Mr, Obuah has been kept in solitary confinement denied access to family members, medical care and his lawyers.
