 Federal government allocations to state governments are not equal, oil producing states are receiving bigger allocations, local governments in different states are not the same, Ibori developed Oghara more than any part of Delta State,Goodluck Jonathan did not construct federal roads in igbo land, Abraka was under developed by PDP government, Abuja was given special attention above many areas in Nigeria, NDCC is not developing states in niger delta equally, Edo and Ondo states are seriously neglected by NDCC, the Ex- militants in Urhobo land are not enjoying amnesty funds on equal level like the Ijaws, Buhari said that he will give every states in Nigeria their constitutional rights but will also favour the the states that give him higher support based on the quantum of support, it's a reality, Buhari should be commended for honesty." -Tayo Ibrahim
